Putin decided to look for volunteers to fight in Ukraine

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has approved mobilisation of volunteers in the war against Ukraine.

According to Putin: "If you see people who want to volunteer – especially without financial remuneration – to go and help the people of Donbas, you have to accommodate their wish and help them reach the zone of military action."

Details: Putin added that he supports the transfer of "weapons of Western make ended up in the hands of the Russian army" to the troops of the pseudo-republics of DPR [Donetsk People’s Republic] and LPR [Luhansk People’s Republic].

Russia’s Minister of Defence Sergey Shoygu alleged that 16,000 people from the Middle East want to go and assist the militias of the DPR and LPR.
