Ivano-Frankivsk Mayor: The city has been hit

Ruslan Martsinkiv, the Mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, confirmed that there have been explosions in his city near the airport, and the alarm system did not go off.

According to Martsinkiv: "The enemy struck Ivano-Frankivsk! We are trying to figure out why the alarm system did not work."
Details: Mayor Martsinkiv confirmed that there had been explosions in the city.
He asked people living near the airport to leave the area - in particular, the residents ofOpryshivtsiv and Krykhivtsiv.
Elektroavtotrans [public transportation provider in the Ivano-Frankivsk region] reported that the flow of traffic in the vicinity of the airport was temporarily restricted.
Martsinkiv asked the residents of Ivano-Frankivsk to not post about or share photos and the site of the explosions in order not to reveal strategic locations.
