According to the General Staff: "During clashes with units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region, the invaders continue to suffer losses.
As a result, the occupying forces’ personnel are demoralised on this front, and many of them are surrendering.
There have been no significant changes in the positions of our troops or those of the occupying forces over the course of the last six hours.
Due to the urgent need to replenish units of the Russian Armed Forces and other, illegally created, armed terrorist units, talks are ongoing in the Rostov region [in Russia] with prisoners in correctional facilities. The latter are offered amnesty in exchange for joining the occupiers’ forces.
The Russian Armed Forces are ready to accept even those who have no experience of military service."
