Russian forces violated the terms of the "green corridor" and began shooting during the evacuation of Izium citizens.

Quote from Syniehubov: "The evacuation from Izium was carried out under fire from the aggressors… During the evacuation, weapons continued to be fired in the direction of the city. The Russian side violated the terms of the ‘green corridor’ and attacked civilians. Despite this, 44 buses carrying 1,600 people were evacuated. Humanitarian aid was also delivered from Kharkiv."

Details: According to Syniehubov, some people opted to stay in safer places within the Izium region, while other citizens were delivered to neighbouring regions. He added that all the evacuees now had a temporary place of residence.

A spokesperson from the police added that Russian forces continue to conduct airstrikes on Kharkiv civilians. In particular, the enemy conducted an airstrike during the evacuation in Izium. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
