Quote: "The night in Odesa and in the region passed quietly, which confirms the strength and effectiveness of the deterrence of the Odesa Defence District against all hostile intentions.
The Black Sea Squadrons of the Russian Federation have now relocated to Cape Tarkhankut and Lake Donuzlav and do not yet intend to carry out a naval landing on our coast, because they know how it will end for them…
Odesa has never surrendered to the enemy - it will not surrender this time either. Because Odesa is Ukraine, and Ukraine begins with Odesa."
Details: Bratchuk added that in general in the southern direction of Ukraine "the enemy has been restrained at the positions of Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, Voznesensk and Novovorontsovka of the Kherson region."
He also noted that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had signed a decree that permitted every civilian to destroy the Russian occupiers with their own weapons or weapons obtained in battle.
