The fights won't stop even for a minute – head of the Luhansk oblast state administration on the situation in the region

Serhiy Gaidai, head of the Luhansk Oblast State/Military Administration, said that the situation in the region was extremely difficult, endless fighting was going on and 27 population centres were without electricity.

Details: Gaidai noted that the people of the Luhansk region are finding the "strength to repel the enemy" every morning.

But there are no communication facilities in the region.

In addition, 27 population centres were completely cut off from electricity, 11 partially so. There is also no gas, water or heating.
