Sahaydachnoho Street in Kyiv Pedestrianized During Certain Hours

During the weekends, holidays and days off related to religious holidays, traffic on Sahaydachnoho Street in Kyiv will be restricted between 12pm and 10pm, according to an order issued by the Kyiv City Administration.

Traffic will be restricted on the part of Sahaydachnoho between Kontraktova Ploshcha and Andriyivska street. Borysohlibska Street between Bratska and Sahaydachnoho will work both ways.

The routes of busses that run along these streets will also be changed. This decision was taken to ensure comfortable leisure and to decrease greenhouse gases in downtown Kyiv. Sahaydachnoho Street is located in Podil, a trendy business and recreation district of the Ukrainian capital.
