Court Freezes Estate of Controversial Prosecutor Kuzmin
Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv froze the real estate of Yanukovych-era First Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin in Kyiv recreational area of Pushcha Vodytsia. The court decision was made on June 17.
The court decision cites an investigation showing that Kuzmin acquired this land plot and developed his estate illegally by ‘abuse of power.’
Specifically, the court froze the residential house, garage and other buildings on Kuzmin’s estate.
The court decision does not specify any names, but the data of the State Register of Real Property Title published by Nashi Groshi proves that it is Kuzmin’s property which is concerned.
The source in the GPU also confirmed this to Ukrayinska Pravda. "It was his property, then he changed the title to his family members," the interlocutor said.
More details about Kuzmin’s property are available here.
