NABU Puts MP Onyshchenko’s Mother on Wanted List
National Anti-Corruption Bureau put the mother of MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko on a wanted list, according to the ‘Persons Wanted’ page on NABU website. The MP has escaped to London several weeks ago.
Inesa Kadyrova, b. 1945, is suspected in crimes according to the p.1 Art. 255 and others.
A number of other people who are suspects in the ‘Onyshchenko case’ were also put on NABU wanted list. NABU alleges that Onyshchenko masterminded corruption at UkrGasVydobuvannya (UGV), a state natural gas extraction company, which is estimated to have incurred ₴3 billion of losses to the state.
The two main organizers of the schemes alongside Onyshchenko are alleged to be his mother Inesa Kadyrova and Valeriy Postnyi, who is involved in the number of other gas schemes and is said by some media to be Ihor Kolomoyskyi’s business partner. Onyshchenko’s scheme involved a total of over 20 people.
