National Guard Explains Withdrawal of Azov Units from Mariupol

Part of the special forces that belong to the Azov regiment of the National Guard were relocated to reinforce control of the Azov shore and prevent sabotage and reconnaissance groups from entering government-controlled territory in this area, the statement of the National Guard says.
"National Guard forces in the ATO zone have undergone planned regrouping. [...] The quantity and quality of the ATO forces in Mariupol have not been decreased, which allows to maintain the defense capacity of the city," the National Guard says.
It was reported earlier that the Azov regiment is being withdrawn from Mariupol.
