On August 23, the Court of Appeals of Kyiv reversed the decision of lower court to dismiss the Deputy Minister for Health Roman Vasylyshyn as of August 8. This was reported by the Court press office.

The court did not provide the motivation for his decision, the full text of which will be published on August 26.

On July 8, Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv jailed Vasylyshyn as he was suspected in organizing a system of bribery in the health facilities and granted him a possibility to get released on ₴3 million bail.

On July 13, he had been released after he went bail. On July 14, the Government suspended him from office and dismissed him several days later.

Все, суд восстановил в должности подонка, который брал деньги с врачей из александровской больницы, по-моему (наверняка, не только), которые они вымогали для него у смертельно больных людей.
Закона в этой стране нет!
