Minister of Finance Outlines Deficit Figure for Budget-2017

The income of the general fund of the budget in 2017 will total ₴785.5 billion and expenses will equal ₴851.6 billion, Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk said in an interview to Ekonomichna Pravda.

The Minister said that the budget was calculated taking into account that the government will increase the speed of reforms next year.

"We are discussing reforms with every minister now. Moreover, we have changed the approach to budgeting — we will be financing only the spheres that are being reformed or will be reformed," Danyliuk said.
