Marchuk: Normandy Format at Risk

Ukraine’s representative in the security subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group Yevhen Marchuk warned of a risk of the effective termination of the Normandy Format. He said this on Wednesday, August 17, during a roundtable on building Ukrainian defense capacity to counter Russian aggression.

According to him, the transfer to another format will create a huge time gap in Donbas conflict resolution.
