Lutsenko: There Is Progress in Sheremet Murder Case

Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko ensures that the investigation of the Sheremet murder is moving forward, but he cannot release details yet, he said during a press briefing.

"I have a lot of information, but I cannot share it with you," Prosecutor General said. "We currently have no information that we could release the public, despite serious progress in the investigation."

Belarusian journalist with Russian citizenship Pavel Sheremet, who had worked in Ukraine for many years, died on the morning of July 20 in Kyiv in a car blast. The investigation has several lines of inquiry into who organized and performed the assassination.
