New Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor Privatized State-Owned Apartment

Dmytro Chibisov, newly appointed Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor, privatized a state-owned apartment in Kyiv in December 2015, according to an extract from the Register of Property Rights obtained by Nashi Groshi.

The apartment is located in a new apartment complex and is co-owned by Chibisov and his children, Tymur and Karina. Chibisov has worked as a prosecutor since 2000.

Prosecutors used to have priority rights in state waiting lines for housing. After the new law on the prosecutor’s office was adopted in 2015, these rights were rescinded.
