Foreign Experts Examine Sheremet Murder Scene

Seven foreign experts are working at the scene of the murder of Pavel Sheremet, examining the paving blocks.

Last week, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation was invited to assist in investigation of Sheremet’s murder.

Famous journalist Pavel Sheremet died in a car blast on July 20. Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko stated that the main line of enquiry was his professional activity.

Lutsenko also said earlier that criminal proceedings have been started against the First Deputy Head of the National Police Vadym Troyan, who allegedly illegally organized surveillance of Pavel Sheremet and Ukrayinska Pravda Founding Editor Olena Prytula.

Lutsenko was also concerned with the publication of a video of the alleged planting of the car bomb which killed journalist Pavel Sheremet
