Deputy Commander of 53rd Brigade Detained for Sale of Ammunition
The deputy commander of 53rd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been detained for the sale of ammunition, the Prosecutor General’s Office (GPU) informed on July 22.
According to the GPU, during June-July he sold over 5,000 items of ammunition (bullets and grenades) to a civilian for ₴66,800 ($2,670).
The GPU will accuse him of stealing and sale of ammunition and put him in jail while he stands trial.
