Police to Analyze CCTV Footage From Site of Sheremet’s Death

Police plan to seize videos from CCTV cameras at the site of the blast that killed Ukrayinska Pravda journalist Pavel Sheremet, the Head of the National Police Khatia Dekanoidze told journalists on Wednesday, July 20, Ukrayinski Novyny reports.

"We will seize all the available videos from the CCTV cameras around the site… This situation is particularly concerning in the wake of the planned church procession."

Dekanoidze said that investigating Sheremet’s death is an effectiveness test for the new police.

Famous journalist Pavel Sheremet died in a car blast on Wednesday morning, July 20.
