Poroshenko Accuses Russia of Preparing Terror Attacks in Ukraine

President Petro Poroshenko accused Russia of preparing terror attacks in Ukraine in an interview to Bulgarian TV channel bTV, Ukrayinski Novyny reports.

"Only during the last year, we have prevented about 300 terror attacks that were being prepared by the Russian Federation. The terrorists were prepared in training centers in Kursk, Belgorod, and Rostov oblasts in Russia. We arrested them in possession of explosives when they were preparing to carry out terror attacks and showed them to the world," the President said.

Commenting on the terror attack in Istanbul on June 28, Poroshenko said that Ukraine will fight terror side by side with Turkey, as countering it successfully requires a united effort.
