Coal Stocks at Ukrainian Thermal Plants Fall by 6.6%

Coal stocks at the warehouses of thermal plants in Ukraine during July 11-18 showed a 6.6% decline – from 1,206 thousand tons to 1,126 thousand tons, Interfax-Ukraine cites Ukrenergo.

Ukrenergo also informed that as of July 18, a total of 13,351 megawatts were consumed by the Unified Energy Systems of Ukraine – 8,502 MW were supplied by thermal plants, 6,690 MW – by atomic power stations, 1,163 MW – by hydro power plants, 873 MW – by combined heat and power plants, and 123 MW – by renewable energy plants.
