Court Reinstates Kulyk as ATO Prosecutor

Kyiv Court of Appeals reinstated ATO Prosecutor Kostiantyn Kulyk, who is suspected of illicit enrichment using his position, the Court website informs.

By doing so, the Court of Appeals overruled the decision by the Solomyanskyi District Court for the City of Kyiv of July 4 that satisfied the submission of NABU detectives to suspend Kulyk from his position until September 4.

NABU has been investigating Kulyk since winter, as the prosecutor and his family allegedly own expensive property and cars that do not correspond to their declared income.
