The Supreme Court of Ukraine sided with the Supreme Council of Justice on the decision that judges Chala, Shvachach, and Martsynkevych had broken their oath when they made unlawful decisions regarding Maidan activists, ‘Heavenly Hundred’ lawyer Roman Maselko reported on Facebook.
"Until now, the Supreme Administrative Court has canceled many decisions of the Supreme Council of Justice to dismiss judges who participated in trials of Maidan activists… However, the Supreme Court of Ukraine ruled that the Supreme Council of Justice was right in its decision that judges Chala, Shvachach, and Martsynkevych had broken their oaths," Maselko said.
