Crimean Court Returns Oil Depot to Ukrainian Company
The Russia-controlled Arbitration Court of Sevastopol returned an oil depot to a Ukrainian company. The oil depot became the property of the new municipal government after the annexation of Crimea, as the court website reports.
The asset was returned to Stemv Group Ltd, incorporated in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. This company legally acquired the oil depot in 2013. If the Sevastopol municipal government files no appeal, the court decision will enter into force in one month.
