Airplane Smugglers Used to Transport Amber Seized in Volyn

Security Service of Ukraine officers seized An-2 plane in Volyn that the smugglers used to transport goods to Poland.

A search of the cockpit revealed maps and documents with information about flight corridors going across the border, points of takeoff and landing and unloading the goods.

The press service of the Security Service of Ukraine reports that the smugglers transported amber, cigarettes, and weapons. The people who organized and carried out the illegal transits are being identified.
