"Unwillingness". The Russian show is at its peak all over the world
I will explain why the Kremlin bothers with "elections" in a country where competitors are killed right on Red Square or their planes are shot down.
Russian society doesn't want to stand against the dictatorship, because it has lived for hundreds of years under despotism, where the legitimacy of a ruler is determined by his power, not elections.
Is it possible to declare Putin emperor in the modern Russian Federation? The answer is yes. However, Moscow elections are necessary for two reasons:
- to demonstrate "the unity of the nation around the leader";
- thanks to the organization of elections in the TOT, show the world that Russia is not going to stop the war.
There will be no problems with the first task, because the numbers are already drawn. But there is a problem with the second one.
Considering the propagandistic nature of this action, it is now important for Russian political technologists to create a picture of a mass vote on TOT.
There, the Russians already have the experience of a failed "referendum", which was largely ignored by the local population.
As a result, even Iran and most of the CSTO countries, which are allies of the Kremlin, did not recognize such a "referendum" at the UN vote.
Therefore, this time Russians have already stretched the "expression of will" for 11 days, where from August 31 to September 7, "elections" will take place at the place of residence, and already on September 8-10, voting will take place in precincts.
The reason for such a long voting period was Moscow's intention to hide the lack of turnout. It is very easy to explain the empty polling stations by the fact that many voted from home, and some will vote tomorrow or already voted yesterday.
At the same time, the Russians could not hold elections for the TOT at all, because even last fall, the dictator Vladimir Putin introduced martial law in the captured territories. However, in May, the Kremlin allowed elections to be held despite all restrictions.
After all, again, the goal of the process is to demonstrate a willingness to raise the stake and a lack of desire to negotiate.
That is why state employees, propagandists, Kremlin supporters from all over the world are already being brought to Ukrainian lands as observers, as well as a bunch of "student movements".
Because it is important for Putin to demonstrate that he seized these lands and has the right to do whatever he wants with them. And "elections" in the provisional republic of Komi or Tatarstan are not interesting even to Moscow itself.
Well, we have heard the position of the Russian Federation and will soon give our answer. And considering how the "referendum" in Kherson ended, the candidates from "United Russia" should not worry more about the results of the "elections", because our answer will be more practical and visible.
For us, this is another proof that the war will not end in two or three weeks. It's a marathon and we have to build muscle. And the question is not even about this, current, phase. And in the fact that we live next to barbarians whose existence is ensured by continuous war. War, which is the engine of the Russian world, which gives Russians energy.
Therefore, we must understand - they came to us with war, they came now and they will come again.
We have to eradicate Russian from ourselves in order to be always ready.
We have to build a system of preparing the population for resistance in order to be ready at all times.
We must always be ready.
