Viktoriia Roshchyna

Journalist, freelance writer of Ukrainska Pravda

Viktoriia started her career in journalism at the age of 16. She specialised in reporting on crime, human rights issues and the judiciary. Viktoriia disappeared on 3 August 2023 while reporting from Russian-occupied territory. She died in Russian captivity in September 2024 at the age of 27. Her death was officially confirmed on 10 October 2024.
