Volodymyr Serdiuk, who was named as ’the mastermind of the sabotage and reconnaissance operation’ allegedly conducted by Ukrainian Military Intelligence in Crimea, has said he has no relation to the intelligence services or special operations.
On Saturday night, the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine officially submitted to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption its conclusion on its refusal to certify the state officials’ assets e-declaration system that had been announced on Friday.
Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk claimed that the launch of the e-declaration system without a certificate of information protection compliance can jeopardize Ukraine’s relations with international partners.
