Zelenskyy's fourth defence minister: why the president is replacing Oleksii Reznikov with Rustem Umierov

On 5 September, the Ukrainian parliamentremoved Oleksii Reznikov from the position of Defence Minister with a constitutional majority, and Zelenskyy nominated Rustem Umierov for the appointment of Minister of Defence.
